
CONTRACTS
1. Introduction.
To ensure quality service and for clear communication on what to expect when collaborating on your special moments, I ask to co-sign a legal contract with myself and you. Below is more information regarding what is included in the contracts. I also include an up to date version of a service agreement contract and of a talent release form on the right hand side of this page.
What is a service agreement contract? A service agreement contract is a two-way legal document between you and I where the details of the service are laid down, as well as my policies.
What is a talent release form? A talent release form is a legal document between myself and a contracted talent (e.g. model, actor/actress, etc…) when taking part in a client photoshoot.
2. What is included in the contract?
In the service agreement it is included:
Specifications: on the type of service (e.g. headshots, event photography, elopement photoshoot, etc…); the date and time of the service; and the cost of the service.
My cancellation policy: on what happens if you wanted to cancel an already booked service.
My rescheduling policy: on what happens if you are in the need of rescheduling an already booked service.
Payment Plans: in mutual accordance between myself and you.
3. Cancellation Policy
Please find below a breakdown of my cancellation policy.
Cancellation with full refund (including full deposit) is available when cancelling the service with three months (90 days) notice from the booked date.
Cancellation with full refund (not including full deposit) is available when cancelling the service with 8 days or more notice from the booked date.
Cancelling your booking 1 week (7 days) or less notice from the booked service may entitle you to only a partial refund (50%) of your overall photoshoot fee (not including full deposit).
In case of a photographer’s cancellation you are entitled to a full refund (including full deposit).
4. Reschedule Policy.
Please find below a breakdown of my reschedule policy.
Rescheduling a booked date is possible for no additional charge up to 1 week (7 days) notice from the booked date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. What is included in the talent release form?
In the talent agreement form it is included:
Specifications: on the type of service (e.g. advertisement photoshoot, social media campaign, fashion photoshoot, etc…); the date and time of the photoshoot; and the pay for the service.
A clause about photo ownership, media usage for marketing purposes, and talent rights.
