I will also provide you with information and updates about our Services (for example, to tell you about updates to our Services, updates to your user account or to notify you about business transactions you make). To analyse the recordings of incoming and outgoing telephone calls for reasons of quality of service, resolution of internal incidents and for the improvement or development of new products and services.
